Yes! You may still design for people outside of No Limit Creatives. However, when you do work for our clients, you must sign an NDA for confidentiality and you would be required to do any and all work for our customers within our portal. Any attempt to contact our customers outside of our service would result in an immediate termination of your contract.
We also have specific working hours Monday through Friday and would require your full attention during those hours to ensure our customers can be taken care of.
We currently only have full time opportunities with our company.
Absolutely! Our team is stacked with designers from all over the world! If you have a computer, reliable internet and a great eye for design with a passion to help others succeed, we’d love to chat with you.
Although our team speaks many languages, we do ask that you can read, write, and speak English fluently as it’s the main language spoken by all of our customers.
Our business currently operates Monday to Friday from 8am-4pm Eastern Time. We are closed on all major holidays in the United States.
All applications are received by our hiring team once you hit the “submit” button on your application.
You will be sent to the Application Processed page as a confirmation. We do our best to reach out to each applicant whether or not they are selected for an interview. If you do not hear from us within 2 weeks it is because we have not chosen to pursue your application at this time.
We would love to reply to every applicant that applies with us. Unfortunately, due to the volume of applications we receive daily, some applications may not receive a reply.
If you have not had a response within 14 days, your submission may not be a perfect fit at this very moment. Sometimes we are looking for a very specific type of application that might not be your style. We do, however, shortlist applicants in case we would like to reach back out at a more fitting date.
The test design is an unpaid project that is designed to test and showcase your general design skills. We use this required test, along with your portfolio and other application details to determine if you could be a good fit for our team.
This is a mock client project and in no way will be used to earn compensation by our company. You are free to apply a watermark on your sample designs without affecting the validity of our test.
We do not grant the rights to use our test design in your personal design portfolio.
We offer weekly payments based on the work load tier you are hired.
Team members are paid via online payment platforms. Our preferred platform is Payoneer, however we can accommodate secondary options for unique situations.
We currently send payments each and every week.
We have a complex assignment structure for our design team. Designers are hired into tiers of the capacity they can handle each day. This accurate scheduling helps to eliminate the need for extra hours being worked.
Team members are even rewarded for most official U.S. holidays.
Starting payments will be determined by several factors including skill set, volume of work and other variables.
