What You'll Do:
As a designer dedicated to one of our agency partners, you’ll leverage your expertise to help implement powerful email marketing designs, while helping agency clients to grow their ecomm businesses.

Streamline
Make everything move with speed and efficiency by utilizing defined processes and keeping communication flowing. You understand your capabilities and can negotiate realistic and effective deadlines, and stick to your word and deliver.
Collaborate
Work closely with Retention Strategists and Production Specialists to ensure all designs meet the brief and align closely with clients’ brand guidelines. Be open to feedback and revisions, and continuously improve your execution as you learn the clients’ preferences – and what performs best – along the way.

The Daily Grind
Designer Responsibilities
Our design team is asked to do one thing, create amazing assets! Our Leadership and Administration team handle most of the logistics and client interactions, so designers can focus on creativity and their designs.
Here is a list of general designer responsibilities:
- Work on an assigned daily design tasks.
- Comment to clients concerning design requests.
- Communicate effectively with your design team and team leader.
- Collaborate with designers on shared clients.
Work Hours:
8AM to 4PM EDT
Monday to Friday
