Job Description 

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This full-time role is integral to driving our marketing efforts, coordinating campaigns, and ensuring our marketing activities are successful and aligned with our business goals. The ideal candidate is a dynamic individual with a strong background in marketing, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for creative industries.

Key Reponsibilites

  • Campaign Coordination: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, and email.
  • Content Management: Collaborate with our content team to develop engaging content that supports marketing initiatives and enhances brand awareness.
  • Content Coordination: Create monthly content calendars and coordinate all calendar content with the content team.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the industry to inform marketing strategies.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing reports on metrics to guide future marketing decisions.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the design, sales, and content teams to ensure a cohesive and effective marketing strategy.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in the organization and execution of virtual and in-person events, including webinars, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Vendor Management: Liaise with external vendors and partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and services.
  • Brand Advocacy: Ensure all marketing activities convey the company’s brand values and message consistently.
  • PR Opportunities: Help find opportunities for CEO to be a guest on relative podcasts each month.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a creative or design-focused industry.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and practices.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing software, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker with a knack for problem-solving and attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic and video design principles is a plus.
